Question 1

Which countries do you work in?

Accepted Answer

Based in Abidjan, I work on site in Côte d'Ivoire. Remotely, I support companies and individuals anywhere in Africa and internationally, with no geographical constraint.

Question 2

What kinds of organisations do you support?

Accepted Answer

I support organisations of every size, from startups to multinationals, with particular expertise in multi-country and multi-legislation contexts. I have worked in environments as varied as education, hospitality, a business law firm, and leasing & fleet management.

Question 3

How does an assignment unfold?

Accepted Answer

Every assignment or support programme begins with an initial conversation to pin down your needs, understand your context and set the objectives together. Whether you are a company or an individual, I offer a tailor-made approach suited to your reality, your challenges and your trajectory.

Question 4

Do you work on site or remotely?

Accepted Answer

Both. I work on site in Côte d'Ivoire and remotely for all my clients across Africa and internationally. All my sessions for individuals take place remotely only.

Question 5

How does the free consultation work?

Accepted Answer

The free consultation is a 30-minute remote session, reserved for individuals. It is a first conversation with no commitment — a chance to discuss your professional project, identify your needs and decide together on the best way to support you.

Question 6

What is the difference between an à la carte offer and the full package?

Accepted Answer

The à la carte offer is designed for a specific, one-off need — a session focused on a single topic: CV, interview, salary negotiation or LinkedIn strategy. The full package is structured support over time: 5 two-hour sessions with follow-up between each one, to move through a key stage of your professional trajectory gradually and coherently. It runs over two months on average.

Question 7

Which languages do you work in?

Accepted Answer

I work in French and in English across all my assignments and support programmes.

Question 8

What are your lead times?

Accepted Answer

Lead times vary with the nature of the assignment and your context. For individuals, sessions can be scheduled quickly depending on availability. For companies, an initial conversation lets us set the schedule and the terms of the engagement together.

Question 9

How can I get in touch?

Accepted Answer

You can reach me through the contact form on this site, by email at consultante.rh@fatououologuem.com, or directly on LinkedIn. Individuals can also book their free consultation online.
