Fatou Ouologuem, Consultante RH
HRBP · Global Head of Performance & Progress
About

I am Fatou Ouologuem

Born in Mali, I grew up across several countries: studying in France and Ireland, completing an internship in England, and launching my career in Luxembourg through a VIE before pursuing further professional opportunities there. Six countries, as many cultural environments that have shaped an HR profile with multiple facets.

A graduate of a Grande École Master's programme with a major in Talent Management in Organisation, I built my generalist foundation within human-scale, internationally minded organisations before gradually broadening my scope to more complex, multi-country and multi-jurisdiction structures. Varied environments (education, hospitality, business law firms, leasing & fleet management) that have nurtured an HR practice that is both sharp and grounded in diverse field realities.

Today, I hold a dual role (HRBP and Global Head of Performance & Progress) that naturally places me at the intersection of people, performance and organisational impact.

Having returned to Côte d'Ivoire in 2023, I work from Abidjan with a firmly local anchoring and a resolutely international outlook.
