Le Pouls RH

A monthly newsletter on Human Resources, published on the 1st of each month

Le Pouls RH beats to the rhythm of what I live, hear, experiment and observe: in the field, in HR coaching, in my exchanges with my readership.

Each edition starts from a concrete anchor: a lived situation, a question from a reader, a topic on which I have something to say. No disembodied theory. Living material, analysed with rigour and shared with sincerity.

I write for two types of readers who have more in common than it seems: HR professionals and managers navigating the human challenges of their organisation, and individuals seeking to take charge of their professional trajectory. One voice. Two perspectives.

My readership is international, primarily spread between Africa and Europe. This is precisely the bridge I strive to build with each edition: writing from an African field while carrying the gaze of a voice rooted in two continents. Not to compare. To enrich.

My editorial stance: making technical HR topics accessible without impoverishing them. Questioning without preaching. Making the reader think, not just informing them. And closing each edition with the warmth of an invitation to exchange — because behind every professional, there is a human being.

With, sometimes, an extended metaphor when inspiration shows up.

Recrutement
